An Interventional Radiology Physician Assistant position is available in central North Carolina. This full-time, permanent role involves working with a team of physicians and APPs, providing outpatient interventional procedures with a standard Monday through Friday schedule, and no weekend, call, or holiday duties. Responsibilities

• Perform interventional procedures such as Fine Needle Aspirations, Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, and biopsies.
• Collaborate with a team of 3 physicians and 3 APPs to deliver patient care.
• Manage outpatient consults and procedures within the radiology department.
• Work scheduled hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
• Participate in patient assessments and follow-up care as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient interactions.
• Adhere to clinical protocols and safety standards.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements

• Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner certification.

• Willingness to work in a outpatient setting with a collaborative team.
• Ability to follow clinical protocols and safety procedures.
• Licensing and certification appropriate for North Carolina practice.
