A regional health system in Grant County, Washington, is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) for a full-time Family Practice role in a rural clinic. The position involves primary care, internal medicine, and pain management, working alongside a physician and two other APPs, with a focus on high-acuity cases. The schedule is four 10-hour days with rotating weekdays off, offering a relaxed lifestyle with outdoor recreation opportunities in a small community.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care, internal medicine, and pain management services in a rural clinic setting.
• Collaborate with a physician and two other advanced practice providers.
• Manage high-acuity cases requiring 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Work a four-day, 10-hour schedule with rotating weekdays off.
• Deliver patient care in a community of approximately 8,000 residents.
• Contribute to a team that supports a relaxed lifestyle and outdoor activities.
• Maintain clinical documentation and adhere to practice protocols.
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.

Compensation

• Hourly rate between $60.00 and $69.00, based on experience and qualifications.
• Includes profit sharing and CME allowance.
• Tax status: 1099 contractor.

• Comfortable working in a rural healthcare setting.
• Current CPR certification.
