The CORE Institute is seeking experienced orthopedic Physician Assistants to join our multidisciplinary team across various subspecialties, including surgical spine, pain management, total joints, and shoulder/elbow. The role involves providing high-quality musculoskeletal care in a collaborative environment, supporting clinical standards, and contributing to patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide orthopedic clinical care within designated subspecialties, including surgical spine, pain management, total joints, and shoulder/elbow.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Ensure adherence to clinical quality standards and best practices.
  • Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly in medical records.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Educate patients regarding their conditions, treatment options, and post-procedure care.
  • Maintain current knowledge of orthopedic practices and emerging treatments.
  • Support research and educational activities as part of the CORE Institute’s mission.

Compensation

  • Base salary with monthly stipends and productivity bonuses.
  • Compensation structured as salary plus incentives, including performance-based bonuses.
  • W-2 employment status with applicable taxes.

Requirements

  • Certified Physician Assistant with current licensure in Arizona.
  • Demonstrated experience in orthopedic clinical care, preferably in subspecialties such as spine, joints, or shoulder/elbow.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Knowledge of clinical quality standards and documentation protocols.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
  • Flexibility to work variable schedules based on patient and clinic needs.
  • Experience with electronic medical records systems.
  • Prior experience in musculoskeletal or orthopedic settings preferred.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
