Envision Physician Services is seeking experienced and new graduate CRNAs to join HCA Ocala Hospital in Florida. Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures including cardiac, orthopedics, general, neurosurgery, vascular, endoscopy, gynecology, robotics, and trauma cases.
• Perform regional blocks, spinals, and central and arterial line placements.
• Collaborate with a care team of 20 physicians and 32 CRNAs to deliver high-quality anesthesia services.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout perioperative care.
• Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical documentation.
• No call responsibilities required.
• Enjoy 8 weeks of paid time off, increasing with tenure, with opportunities for overtime if desired.

Compensation

• Hourly rate of USD 150.00.
• Sign-on bonus of $100,000 paid at start.

Requirements
