Seeking a Board-Certified Physician Assistant for family practice coverage in California. The role involves seeing patients of all ages at clinics within the region, with a schedule Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. The provider will handle 20-25 patients daily, primarily serving underserved and homeless populations, with float coverage across multiple clinics.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to patients of all ages in outpatient clinics.
• Manage a patient load of approximately 20-25 individuals per day.
• Work at multiple clinics within the region as part of float coverage.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to deliver comprehensive healthcare.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
• Adhere to all clinical protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives as needed.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, credentialing, and privileging standards.

Compensation

• Hourly rate ranging from $70.00 to $90.00, based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• Board Certification as a Physician Assistant.
