We are seeking an experienced Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (C-AA) to join the team at Montgomery Surgical Center in Montgomery, Alabama. The role involves providing anesthesia services across multiple surgical specialties in a state-of-the-art outpatient surgical facility. Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures including ENT, GI, General, GYN, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Pain, and Plastics.
• Collaborate with a team of 2 MDs and 10 anesthetists to ensure safe and effective anesthesia delivery.
• Manage anesthesia cases in a multi-specialty outpatient surgical setting with 8 operating rooms and 16 pre-operative bays.
• Participate in preoperative assessments and postoperative recovery processes.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and standards for anesthesia practice.
• Assist in maintaining documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Work primarily during scheduled hours, with additional pay for hours worked after 3:00 pm.
• Contribute to a team-focused environment emphasizing quality patient care.

Compensation

• $160,000 - $170,000 annual salary (W-2).
• Competitive W-2 compensation package.
• Hourly rate of $150 for hours worked after 3:00 pm.
