Bayview Physicians Group is seeking Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to join our urgent care team at NowCare Urgent Care Centers in South Hampton Roads, Virginia. The role involves providing high-quality urgent care services across multiple locations with flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care services to patients across six NowCare Urgent Care Centers in South Hampton Roads.
• Manage a diverse patient population with acute illnesses and minor injuries.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals within a multi-specialty group.
• Utilize eCW electronic medical records system for documentation and patient management.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to clinical protocols.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinical environment.
• Support community health and wellness efforts as part of the organization.

Shift & Schedule

• Variable schedule with flexible hours to accommodate patient access hours (8am-8pm daily).

Requirements

• Current licensure and certification as an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) in Virginia.
• Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records systems, preferably eCW.
• Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible, variable schedules including evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Knowledge of community health needs and cultural competence.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
