KTE Services is seeking certified Anesthesiologist Assistants (CAAs) to join a team in Milwaukee, WI. Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of cases, excluding cardiac procedures.
• Supervise anesthesia delivery under a 1:3 or 1:4 model.
• Participate in regional anesthesia procedures when applicable.
• Maintain compliance with hospital and departmental protocols.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety.
• Manage anesthesia documentation and patient records accurately.
• Engage in continuing education and professional development activities.
• Work flexible schedules based on selected options (e.g., 7x70, 4x10, 3x13).

Compensation

• Base salary of $200,000, with evaluation for increase in January 2025.
• Additional compensation includes a $30,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
• Overtime pay at $200/hour (time and a half after 40 hours), based on a block system.
• Unlimited earning potential with plenty of open shifts available.
