Join North Country HealthCare as a Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) in a full-time, hospital-based obstetrics and gynecology practice in Flagstaff, Arizona. The role involves managing a high-risk patient panel, delivering approximately 80 babies per month at a Level II Trauma Center, and providing comprehensive gynecological care, including menopausal and transgender therapies. Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope obstetric and gynecological care to a diverse patient population.
• Manage approximately 80 deliveries per month at Flagstaff Medical Center.
• Participate in high-risk patient consultations, including telehealth support from MFM specialists.
• Perform and interpret ultrasounds using on-site imaging equipment.
• Attend to patients requiring labor and delivery management, including TOLAC (trial of labor after cesarean).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including RNs, CMAs, ultrasonographers, and interpreters.
• Maintain hospital medical staff privileges and adhere to hospital policies.
• Provide 24-hour call coverage, averaging 24 hours per week.

Compensation

• $105,000 – $110,000 yearly salary plus guaranteed program incentives during first year of practice

Requirements

• Unrestricted Arizona medical license or ability to obtain one.
• DEA certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology.
• Experience or preference for working in an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH setting.
• Ability to provide 24 hours of call per week as a full-time provider.
• Certification as a Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish preferred.
