Responsibilities

• Manage and treat patients with orthopedic conditions as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Provide patient education and follow-up care related to orthopedic issues.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters.
• Participate in team meetings and case discussions.
• Adhere to clinical protocols and standards of care.
• Ensure patient safety and quality of care in all interactions.
• Stay updated on orthopedic treatment advancements and best practices.

Compensation

• Maximum annual compensation of $200,000, including a sign-on bonus.
• Compensation structured as a 1099 income model.
• Additional income opportunities may be available.

Shift & Schedule

• Monday through Friday, daytime hours.
• No call or after-hours responsibilities.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with specialization or experience in orthopedics.
• Current medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Experience managing orthopedic cases, preferably in a team-based setting.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic diagnosis and treatment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday during daytime hours.
• No on-call responsibilities required.
• Comfort with a compensation model that includes a sign-on bonus and other income types.
