A community hospital in central New Hampshire is seeking an experienced Orthopedic Surgery Physician Assistant to assist in the operating room, conduct hospital rounds, see patients in the clinic, and participate in a rotating call schedule. Responsibilities

• Assist in orthopedic surgeries as first assist
• Conduct hospital rounds
• See patients in the outpatient clinic
• Participate in a call schedule of 7 days per month
• Perform clinic responsibilities during weekday schedule
• Maintain required licensure and certification to practice
• Collaborate with surgical and medical teams in a hospital setting

Compensation

• Relocation assistance provided
• Compensation structured as 1099 income
• Additional income opportunities may include relocation support

Shift & Schedule

• Monday through Friday weekday schedule
• Call 7 days per month, scheduled in advance
• Call schedule is required

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Physician Assistant
• Board certification in Physician Assistant studies
• New Hampshire license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Ability to assist in surgical procedures
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Current PA certification
• Willingness to participate in call schedule
• Experience in orthopedic surgery preferred
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
