Inspire Health Medical Group, affiliated with UCSF Fresno, is seeking a licensed Physician Assistant to join the Department of Medicine's Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno. The PA will collaborate with UCSF Fresno intensivist faculty, providing direct ICU patient care under supervision, typically managing 6-8 patients during daytime shifts. The position offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules in a community with a high quality of life and access to recreational and natural attractions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU under supervision of ICU attendings.
• Collaborate with faculty, residents, and fellows in ICU team settings.
• Manage a workload of approximately 6-8 patients during daytime shifts.
• Participate in ICU rounds and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Assist with patient assessments, treatment planning, and documentation.
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and clinical standards.
• Work flexible schedules, including full-time and part-time options.

Compensation

• $120,000 - $150,000 base salary.
• Compensation may include performance bonuses, productivity bonuses, and other incentives.
• Additional compensation factors include call coverage, administrative services, and hospital/community needs.
• Relocation assistance may be available.
• Compensation is structured as a W-2 salary plus incentives.

Requirements
