Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its orthopedic surgery clinic. The provider will work with orthopedic surgeons and an experienced NP, focusing on general orthopedics including joint replacement, fracture care, and sports injuries. The position offers a four-day work week, comprehensive training, and a competitive compensation package within a critical access hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Work with 2 orthopedic surgeons and an experienced orthopedic NP in the clinic
• Focus primarily on general orthopedics such as joint replacement, fracture care, and sports injuries
• Participate in a robust orientation and training program, especially for those without prior orthopedic experience
• Provide patient care in an outpatient clinic setting
• Manage patient assessments, treatment plans, and follow-up care
• Adhere to clinical guidelines and documentation standards
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Maintain flexibility in schedule to meet patient needs

Compensation

Requirements

• Unencumbered Advanced Practice Nursing or Physician Assistant License in Missouri
