Premier Orthopaedics is seeking a licensed Physician Assistant to join our team at the Cape May Court House location. The role involves providing comprehensive patient care, performing diagnostic procedures, collaborating with physicians on treatment plans, and maintaining accurate medical documentation. Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient histories and assessments to determine care needs.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests to support treatment planning.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement treatment strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using EMR systems such as Athena.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient outcomes.
• Assist in diagnostic procedures and patient examinations as needed.
• Provide education and guidance to patients regarding their conditions and treatments.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols and documentation standards.

Compensation

• Salary-based compensation with a sign-on bonus of $5,000.
• Annual CME reimbursement of $1,750.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, preferably in orthopaedics.
• Active and unrestricted New Jersey Physician Assistant license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program with a bachelor's degree.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with EMR systems, preferably Athena.
