Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesiology services to patients at Orlando Health Wiregrass Ranch Hospital.
• Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement anesthesia care plans.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed during procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout perioperative care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia procedures and patient responses.
• Participate in quality assurance and compliance activities.
• Stay current with advancements in anesthesiology practices and protocols.
• Engage in educational opportunities to enhance clinical skills.

Compensation

• Salary with a $100,000 start date bonus.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with valid medical license to practice anesthesiology.
• Board certification or eligibility in anesthesiology.
• Current ACLS and BLS certification.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hospital setting.
• Experience in anesthesiology preferred but not mandatory for new graduates.
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care.
