Arnot Health is seeking an experienced Neurology Physician Assistant to provide inpatient and outpatient neurological care in the Twin Tiers region of Upstate New York. The role involves managing patients with brain and spine disorders, traumatic injuries, and other neurological conditions, utilizing comprehensive diagnostic and treatment capabilities within a collaborative healthcare environment affiliated with a major medical education system.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient neurological care to patients with brain, spine, and other neurological disorders.
• Perform diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Manage traumatic injuries and lower back disorders related to neurological conditions.
• Participate in patient education and follow-up care to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive neurological services.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient encounters and treatment plans.
• Adhere to clinical protocols and quality standards established by the department.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training activities.

Compensation

• Salary range: $125,000 to $150,000, negotiable.
• Incentive-based compensation including productivity bonuses and CME allowance.
