A private practice anesthesiology group in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking board-eligible or experienced anesthesiologists to join their team. The practice covers multiple hospitals and surgery centers with a diverse case mix, offering flexible schedules and competitive compensation. Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesiology services across various surgical specialties including general surgery, orthopedics, plastics, urology, gynecology, vascular, endoscopy, neuro, inpatient, and outpatient procedures.
• Cover multiple hospitals and surgery centers in the Columbus, Ohio area.
• Participate in scheduled cases with flexibility in hours and days.
• Maintain patient safety and anesthesia standards during procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical teams and staff to ensure optimal patient care.
• Manage anesthesia-related documentation and compliance requirements.
• Perform preoperative assessments and postoperative care as needed.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training.

Compensation

• Hourly rate based on experience: $100 for 0-3 years, $105 for 3-6 years, $110 for 6-10 years, $115 for 10-14 years, and $120 for 14+ years.
• Total compensation ranges from $250,000 to $295,000 annually, with overtime options.
• Additional income through profit sharing (12%+ of W-2 earnings) and CME allowance.

Requirements
