Compensation

  • Hourly rate based on experience: $100 for 0-3 years, $105 for 3-6 years, $110 for 6-10 years, $115 for 10-14 years, and $120 for 14+ years.
  • Total compensation ranges from $250,000 to $295,000 annually, with overtime options.
  • Additional income through profit sharing (12%+ of W-2 earnings) and CME allowance.
