We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Provider to deliver comprehensive, developmentally appropriate care to infants, children, and adolescents. The provider will perform exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, prescribe medications, and collaborate with a healthcare team to support patient health and well-being. Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine well-child exams and monitor growth and development milestones.
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions in pediatric patients.
  • Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests to inform treatment decisions.
  • Prescribe and administer medications, vaccinations, and therapies.
  • Counsel patients, parents, and guardians on nutrition, hygiene, activity, safety, and disease prevention.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Compensation

  • Salary-based compensation (W-2 tax status).

Requirements

  • Current licensure as an APRN or PA-C.
  • Valid Florida medical license.
  • Florida Medicaid license.
  • Strong knowledge of child health, epidemiology, and infectious diseases.
  • Proficiency in pediatric diagnostic and treatment principles, including age-appropriate medications.
  • Familiarity with electronic prescription systems.
  • Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Compassionate, patient-centered communication skills.
  • Ability to stay organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Spanish-speaking ability is preferred but not required.
