Swedish Medical Group is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to join a primary care team at the Central Seattle Primary Care clinic on the Swedish Cherry Hill hospital campus. The role involves providing care to patients of all ages in a co-managed setting, supporting seven physicians with InBasket management, and working a balanced schedule with no call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support seven physicians with InBasket management.
• Provide primary care services to patients across all age groups, from newborns to geriatrics.
• Participate in a team-based primary care environment.
• Manage patient care within a balanced schedule of clinical and administrative duties.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain documentation and follow-up for patient encounters.
• Support quality improvement initiatives as needed.
• Engage in administrative tasks related to patient management.

Compensation

• Annual salary between $136,928 and $186,781, depending on experience.
• Compensation may include productivity bonuses, quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives.
• Additional CME benefits may be available.

Shift & Schedule

• Full-time position with a balanced schedule of 20 hours of patient care, 16 hours of InBasket management, and 4 hours of administrative work per week.
• Schedule is variable with no call requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure primary care experience.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Advanced Practice Provider in Washington State.
• Comfortable seeing patients of all ages, including newborns and geriatrics.
• Experience with InBasket management or similar electronic communication systems.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently within a collaborative team environment.
