An established private OB/GYN practice in an affluent suburb of Atlanta is seeking a full-time physician or Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join their team. The practice offers a full range of obstetrical and gynecological services, with a focus on quality patient care, collaborative practice, and modern facilities. The role involves delivering obstetric and gynecological care, including in-office procedures and hospital coverage, with opportunities for partnership and loan repayment assistance.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients, including prenatal, delivery, and postpartum services.
- Perform in-office procedures such as Colposcopy, HTA, Pelvic Floor Therapy, MonaLisa Touch, and Urodynamics.
- Participate in hospital call coverage at two community hospitals, including deliveries and emergency obstetric care.
- Collaborate with CNMs and other healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Assist with C-sections and other surgical procedures as part of the practice.
- Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems and ensure compliance with practice protocols.
- Contribute to a family-oriented, patient-centered practice environment.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings as required.
Compensation

Shift & Schedule
- Workweek of approximately 52 hours, with scheduling options including two 12-hour call shifts and three office days, or one 24-hour call shift with three office days.

Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) for physicians or valid CNM certification for midwives.
- Board certification or eligibility in obstetrics and gynecology or midwifery.
- Ability to perform obstetric and gynecological procedures, including deliveries and C-sections.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
