Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia support for pediatric surgical cases in a hospital setting.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe and effective anesthesia care.
- Participate in preoperative assessments and postoperative care as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia procedures and patient records.
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and clinical standards.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
- Optional elective call shifts are available for additional compensation.
- Work flexible 10- or 12-hour shifts with no mandatory call responsibilities.
Compensation
- $285,000 annually (W-2)
- Sign-on bonus of $100,000 payable within 30 days of start date
- Up to $12,000 in relocation assistance
- Compensation model includes salary plus incentives

Requirements
- Certification as an anesthesiologist assistant or equivalent qualification.
