St. Luke's Nampa OBGYN Clinic is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to provide obstetrical and gynecological care in a collaborative environment. The role involves outpatient and inpatient responsibilities, including clinic work, labor and delivery, postpartum, and gynecological services, with a mix of scheduled shifts and call coverage. Responsibilities

• Provide obstetrical care, including antepartum, labor and delivery, and postpartum services.
• Deliver gynecological care to outpatient and inpatient patients.
• Participate in scheduled clinic and hospital call shifts, including weekday and weekend coverage.
• Collaborate with a team of four CNMs and physicians to deliver high-quality women's health care.
• Support patients through various stages of obstetrical and gynecological care.
• Contribute to a dynamic and compassionate care environment.
• Work approximately 2 weekday 24-hour shifts per month and 1 full weekend shift per month, with call responsibilities.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate care as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Shift & Schedule

• Variable schedule with approximately 2 weekday 24-hour shifts per month, including clinic, restricted, and pager hospital call.
• One full weekend shift per month, including restricted and pager hospital call.
• Call coverage required during scheduled shifts.

Requirements

• Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) credential.
• Strong labor and delivery experience; open to new graduates with relevant experience.
• Ability to work both outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Willingness to participate in call shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to provide patient-centered, compassionate care.
• Flexibility to work variable schedules and shifts.
• Current licensure and certification as a CNM.
• Experience with obstetrical and gynecological procedures preferred.
