The Nurse Practitioner will serve in a leadership role supporting the Medical Director at Dozee Health AI, overseeing clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing documentation and audits, and supporting staff training and product development. The role involves maintaining high standards of patient care and facilitating clinical and operational excellence within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support the Medical Director in managing daily clinical operations and strategic planning.
• Recruit, supervise, and manage physicians, nurses, and allied health staff.
• Coordinate and monitor clinical activities including in-person visits, telehealth, chart reviews, and care coordination.
• Oversee the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of medical documentation, including physician notes and electronic health records (EHRs).
• Ensure compliance with federal and state healthcare regulations such as OSHA, HIPAA, and CMS.
• Lead or support site readiness for external audits, inspections, and payer reviews.
• Assist in staff training, onboarding, and continuing education related to clinical documentation and compliance.
• Participate in clinical protocol development, quality improvement initiatives, and support new product launches.

Requirements
