A Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) is sought for a full-time, outpatient role in Raleigh, NC, primarily serving pediatric ENT, cataracts, orthopedic, gynecology, podiatry, spine, and ocular plastics cases. The position requires comfort with all listed case types, including heavy pediatric cases, and offers a 4-day workweek of 10-hour shifts, with privileging available after 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for pediatric ENT, cataracts, orthopedic, gynecology, podiatry, spine, and ocular plastics procedures.
• Manage a caseload that includes heavy pediatric cases.
• Maintain certification and licensure requirements for practice.
• Complete privileging process within 60 days.
• Work a 4x10 schedule, totaling 40 hours per week.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols and safety standards.
• Coordinate with surgical teams and staff for smooth procedural flow.
• Provide anesthesia care in an outpatient setting.
