Envision Physician Services is seeking a full-time MD or DO to join the team at HCA Florida North Florida Hospital in Gainesville. The role involves providing high-quality medical care across a diverse case mix, with limited call responsibilities and flexible scheduling. Responsibilities

• Provide medical care across a variety of specialties including general, orthopedic, GI-endoscopy, ophthalmology, pediatrics, urology, robotics, OB/GYN, and bariatrics.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and clinical quality.
• Participate in a limited call schedule, approximately 1-2 times per month, with beeper from home.
• Utilize Meditech EMR for documentation and patient management.
• Collaborate with a team of 19 MDs, 26 APPs, and newly added CAAs.
• Contribute to a practice established in 1997 with a focus on stability and retention.
• Engage in a diverse case mix with no trauma or cardiac procedures performed by MDs.
• Support a work environment that emphasizes quality medicine and patient safety.

Compensation

• Base salary of $100,000 with a $100,000 start date bonus.
• Additional income through sign-on bonus and shift differentials ranging from $200 to $600 per shift.
• Premium pay after 80 hours bi-weekly.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in relevant specialty.
• Current medical license to practice in Florida.
• Ability to work independently with limited call responsibilities.
• Experience with EMR systems, preferably Meditech.
