Haven Women's Health and Birth Center in Cary, NC, is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to provide comprehensive, holistic women's health, pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care. The role involves delivering high-quality midwifery services within a supportive, patient-centered environment at a dedicated birth center.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic women's health care, including pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum services.
• Deliver comprehensive midwifery care aligned with the practice's wellness model.
• Assess and educate patients on health options, fostering informed decision-making.
• Maintain certification and licensure requirements for practice in North Carolina.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
• Support a nurturing environment that promotes physiologic birth and patient comfort.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including AHA BLS and NRP certifications.
• Contribute to a balanced work environment that emphasizes work-life harmony.

Compensation

• Salary range of $90,000 to $130,000 based on experience.
• W-2 employment status.

Shift & Schedule

• Full-time position.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Nurse Midwife.
• Valid North Carolina RN and Nurse Midwife licensure or eligibility.
• AHA BLS and NRP certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of midwifery experience (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care.

• Experience in a birth center or similar setting is advantageous.
