An established Ob/Gyn practice in Wellington, FL, is seeking an experienced Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care. The role involves managing prenatal, delivery, postpartum, and well-woman services within a collaborative, patient-centered environment, with deliveries performed at Wellington Regional Medical Center.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care, including prenatal visits, deliveries, postpartum care, and well-woman exams.
• Emphasize health maintenance, disease prevention counseling, family planning, and pre-conception care.
• Collaborate with physicians and advanced providers within a team-based model.
• Perform deliveries at Wellington Regional Medical Center.
• Deliver patient-centered, compassionate care in a supportive practice environment.
• Maintain clinical documentation and adhere to practice protocols.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Support patient education and counseling on reproductive health topics.

Requirements

• Current and unrestricted Florida APRN license with CNM certification.
