A Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) is sought for a hospital-based position in Deming, NM. The role involves providing anesthesia services across various surgical specialties, with a focus on regional anesthesia, and requires call coverage. The position offers full travel and housing support, malpractice insurance, and a referral incentive.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for obstetrics, orthopedics, ENT, vascular, general surgery, and trauma cases (excluding cardiac and neurosurgery).
• Provide regional anesthesia techniques as required.
• Participate in scheduled call coverage.
• Complete credentialing within approximately 30-60 days.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with surgical teams and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure patient safety and anesthesia quality standards are met.
• Prescriptive authority required for medication management.

Compensation

• $3,500 referral incentive for successful placement.
• Compensation offered on a 1099 tax basis.
