Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

Indigo Urgent Care is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative, fast-paced urgent care team. This full-time position involves providing autonomous clinical care across multiple clinics, with opportunities for leadership, mentorship, and professional growth. The role emphasizes modern, technology-enabled practice in a community-focused environment, supporting patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care services including suturing, splinting, minor procedures, and x-ray interpretation.
• Treat patients of all ages autonomously within scope of practice.
• Support clinic operations and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless patient experience.
• Work at the top of license, utilizing clinical skills to improve patient outcomes.
• Participate in team-based care and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain clinical documentation and adhere to regulatory standards.
• Support clinic coverage as needed, including float support across multiple locations.

Compensation

• Earning potential of $200,000+ based on salary plus incentives.
• Compensation model includes salary plus productivity incentives, sign-on bonus, and relocation support.
• Total compensation may include additional bonuses based on volume and performance.

Shift & Schedule

• Full-time schedule averaging 14 shifts per month.
• Shifts are typically 12 hours, with variable days and hours.
• Clinic hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with schedule created two months in advance.
• Flexibility with weekend and holiday rotations.

Requirements

• Washington medical license in active/good standing at the time of employment.
• DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in urgent care, emergency department, or family medicine setting.
• Confident in suturing, splinting, minor procedures, and x-ray reads.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and clinical skills.
• Comfortable working variable shifts, including days, with schedule created two months in advance.
• Experience working in a technology-enabled clinic environment preferred.
