The New York State Office of Children and Family Services is seeking a Family Health Nurse Practitioner to provide primary health care to youth in collaboration with a licensed physician. The role involves assessing physical and psychosocial health, performing examinations, and prescribing medications and immunizations, following established protocols and practice agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide primary health care to youth in collaboration with a licensed physician.

Compensation
