Envision Healthcare is seeking an experienced Anesthesiology Assistant (AA) to join Nashville Anesthesia Service, covering TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center in Nashville and TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center in Smyrna, TN. The role involves providing anesthesia support across a range of surgical specialties, with a focus on orthopedic, obstetric, neurological, urological, thoracic, vascular, and gastrointestinal cases. Responsibilities

• Assist in anesthesia care for patients undergoing various surgical procedures, including orthopedics, OB, neurology, urology, thoracic, vascular, and GI cases.
• Collaborate with a team of 13 physicians, 29 CRNAs, and AAs to deliver high-quality anesthesia services.
• Provide anesthesia support in a hospital setting with a full range of patient care services and top-rated programs.
• Participate in on-call duties, with additional stipends provided for call shifts.
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.
• Contribute to patient care documentation and record-keeping.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and CME activities, supported by stipends.
• Support the anesthesia team in maintaining excellent patient outcomes and quality measures.

Compensation

• Average earning potential up to $230,000 to $260,000 annually.
• Compensation model includes salary plus incentives, with additional call stipends.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of anesthesia assistant (AA) experience.
• Current certification as an Anesthesiology Assistant.
