Envision Healthcare is seeking a Certified Anesthesia Assistant (CAA) to join the anesthesia care team at Good Samaritan Medical Center in West Palm Beach, FL. The role involves providing anesthesia support across a variety of surgical specialties in a hospital setting, with an emphasis on work-life balance and professional growth. Responsibilities

• Assist anesthesia physicians in providing anesthesia care across multiple surgical specialties including General, Orthopedic, OB, Gyn, Robotics, IR, Endo, GI, Vascular, Regional, and Neuro.
• Participate in anesthesia procedures in a hospital environment, excluding trauma, cardiac, and pediatric cases.
• Support anesthesia team operations and ensure patient safety during perioperative care.
• Provide anesthesia support during scheduled cases and optional weekend call shifts.
• Collaborate with physicians, CRNAs, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality anesthesia services.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and anesthesia protocols.
• Assist with preoperative assessments and post-anesthesia care as needed.
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on patient safety and quality care.

Compensation

• Annual salary of up to $237,000.
• Sign-on bonus and relocation support available.

Requirements
