We are seeking full-time anesthesiologists to join a care team model supervising anesthesiologist assistants (AAs) and CRNAs. The practice focuses on outpatient orthopedic and spine procedures, with no call or weekend work. The role offers a predictable schedule with flexible hours and a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Supervise anesthesia providers (AAs and CRNAs) during outpatient orthopedic and spine procedures.
• Collaborate with a team of anesthesiologists and anesthesia providers to deliver quality patient care.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with clinical protocols.
• Participate in a rotating schedule that allows early departure on some days.
• Ensure patient safety and anesthesia quality standards are met.
• Work primarily during daytime hours, Monday through Friday.
• No on-call responsibilities or weekend work required.
• Adjust work hours as desired for flexibility.

Compensation

• Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week with overtime paid at time and a half.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification or eligibility in anesthesiology.
• Current medical license in the state of practice.
• Experience supervising anesthesia providers preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently within a team-based care model.
