OhioHealth is seeking a Physician Assistant to join its ICU team in Central Ohio. The role involves ICU coverage, including rounds, family communication, and procedures, on a 24-bed unit with a rotating day/night schedule. Responsibilities

• Perform ICU rounds and manage patient care on a 24-bed unit.
• Communicate with patients' families regarding treatment plans and progress.
• Perform procedures as required within the ICU setting.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to coordinate care.
• Utilize electronic medical records and electronic prescribing systems.
• Participate in shift work, including day and night rotations.
• Contribute to a team focused on improving patient outcomes in critical care.
• Maintain current Ohio PA license and adhere to institutional protocols.

Compensation

Requirements

• PA license in Ohio.
• Strong background in critical care or relevant PA experience.
