Las Vegas Urology is seeking bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to join their patient-focused team. The role involves clinical responsibilities with potential hospital rounds and surgical assistance, offering opportunities for professional growth in a diverse urology practice that emphasizes work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patient health through interviews, physical exams, and review of medical histories.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including labs, X-rays, and ECGs.
• Perform therapeutic procedures such as injections, suturing, and wound care.
• Develop and implement patient management plans to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide patient education, counseling, and support on wellness, treatment plans, and emotional health.
• Document all services accurately and promptly in patient records.
• Stay up-to-date with medical knowledge, legislation, and industry standards to provide exceptional care.

Compensation

• Salary-based compensation (W-2 tax status).

Requirements

• PA-C, NP-C, or APRN certification (required).
• 3-5 years of clinical or medical experience preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
