Deaconess Health System is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) specializing in Orthopedics to join their clinic in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. The role involves outpatient patient care within a multi-specialty clinic setting, with a Monday through Friday schedule and no call responsibilities. Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic care to patients in the clinic setting.
• Manage patient evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system.
• Adhere to clinic protocols and standards of care.
• Participate in continuing medical education (CME) activities.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and certification requirements.
• Support quality improvement initiatives within the clinic.

Compensation

• Hourly rate between $45.60 and $68.40, based on experience and qualifications.
• Performance-based bonus potential, subject to eligibility and achievement of metrics.
• Relocation support of up to $5,000 available.
• Annual CME stipend of $2,000.

Shift & Schedule

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice in Illinois.

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR), preferably Athena.
