We are seeking a Certified Nurse Practitioner with women's health experience to join our OB-GYN team in Reynoldsburg, Baltimore. The role involves collaborating with physicians to assess and manage patient care, perform diagnostic and invasive procedures, and provide pre- and post-operative care. The position offers a full-time schedule with no weekend or call responsibilities, working weekdays during daytime hours.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians to assess and evaluate patients, including history and physical examinations.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to inform patient care.
• Assist in diagnostic and invasive procedures as needed.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care, including writing orders and discharges.
• Promote quality outcomes and participate in clinical initiatives.
• Practice within applicable state laws, standards of care, and delineation of privileges.
• Notify the Ohio Board of Nursing as required and maintain licensure and certifications.
• Maintain current certifications including RN, APRN, and CPR, and adhere to all licensing requirements.

Compensation

• Salary-based compensation (W-2 tax status).

Shift & Schedule

• Full-time, Monday through Friday.
• 8-hour daytime shifts.
• No weekend or on-call duties.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current RN license issued by the Ohio Board of Nursing.
• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner (CNP) from a recognized certifying body (e.g., AANP, ANCC).
• Current certification as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS).
• BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting.
• Ability to obtain full prescriptive authority within two years of employment.
• Graduation from an accredited post-Master's Nurse Practitioner program.
• Strong understanding of women's health and OB-GYN practices.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
