Kadlec Clinic is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join its Maternal and Fetal Medicine team in Richland, Washington. The role involves managing high-risk pregnancies, including conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders, and fetal growth issues. The position offers schedule flexibility, primarily outpatient care with some inpatient responsibilities, and opportunities for outreach support and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical care of high-risk pregnancies, including maternal and fetal pathologies.
• Collaborate with a Maternal and Fetal Medicine physician and support staff to develop treatment plans.
• Provide outpatient services with some inpatient care as needed.
• Support future outreach programs related to maternal-fetal health.
• Manage conditions such as diabetes, chronic hypertension, thyroid disease, and fetal growth restriction during pregnancy.
• Participate in clinical decision-making and patient education.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with clinical protocols.
• Contribute to a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive maternal-fetal care.

Compensation

• Annual salary between $123,962 and $164,528, potentially including productivity, quality, or service incentives.
