The Premier Physician Network is seeking full-time Nurse Practitioners to provide primary healthcare services in an outpatient behavioral health setting. The role involves collaborating with physicians and clinical staff to deliver continuous, quality patient care under physician supervision. Candidates must have relevant experience, licensure, and certification to practice in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary healthcare services in an outpatient behavioral health setting in collaboration with physicians and clinical staff.
• Assess patient medical histories, evaluate medical conditions, and interpret clinical findings.
• Maintain quality assurance and quality control standards in patient care.
• React calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
• Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain professional discretion.
• Utilize electronic medical records, preferably EPIC, and demonstrate computer literacy.
• Maintain current licensure, certification, and prescribing authority.

Compensation

• Compensation model is categorized as 'Other' with W-2 tax status.

Shift & Schedule

• Full-time position with 80 hours per pay period.

Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current Ohio Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) certification and licensure.
• Current Certificate to Prescribe, maintained at all times.
• Minimum of five years of experience as a Registered Nurse; at least one year as an ACNP preferred.
• Thorough understanding of HIPAA laws and confidentiality standards.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Electronic Medical Records (EPIC preferred).
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff.
• Access to and availability to communicate with supervising physicians, staff, and supervisors.
