Guthrie is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to support the Cortland Practice. The role involves outpatient clinic work with hospital consult support, Monday through Friday, serving both experienced and newly graduated candidates committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient clinical services in a primary care setting.
• Support hospital consultations as needed.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation within the Epic EHR system.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient-centered medical home standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to clinical protocols and maintain licensure requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and specialty-specific education.
• Support the practice’s mission of clinical excellence and compassionate care.

Compensation

• $115,000 to $155,000 salary range.
• Additional income opportunities include a $15,000 referral bonus, relocation support, and CME allowance.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Ability to obtain and maintain New York State and Pennsylvania licenses.
