360care is seeking Nurse Practitioners to provide on-site clinical care within senior care facilities as independent contractors. The role offers flexible scheduling, all necessary equipment and administrative support, and the opportunity to focus solely on patient care without concerns about billing or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to patients within senior care facilities as a 1099 independent contractor.
• Make all clinical decisions related to patient care.
• Utilize provided equipment such as otoscopes, curettes, and irrigation supplies during visits.
• Complete documentation using a provided laptop.
• Coordinate with the Care Coordination team for scheduling, pre-authorizations, and post-visit follow-up.
• Work collaboratively with a supervising physician and receive mentorship from the Clinical Director.
• Conduct patient visits on-site in treatment rooms within the facilities.
• Maintain compliance with clinical standards and best practices.

Compensation

• Compensation is based on a 1099 independent contractor model.
