Women's Health Physician Assistant

A Women's Health Physician Assistant position at a Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and Wellness Center in New Jersey. The role is outpatient, full-time, and permanent, with a 1099 compensation structure. The provider will primarily see women, with occasional male patients, working Monday through Friday without call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• See patients in a 100% outpatient setting at a Women's Health and Wellness Center.
• Provide care related to bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and general women's health.
• Manage patient consultations, assessments, and treatment plans.
• Possibly see some male patients in addition to female patients.
• Maintain documentation and follow-up care as required.
• Work independently in a clinic setting with support from the healthcare team.
• Comply with all licensing and regulatory requirements, including DEA and CDS registration.
• Participate in continuing medical education (CME) activities.

Compensation

• Hourly pay rate between $65.00 and $75.00, based on experience and qualifications.
• Includes CME allowance.
• Paid time off (PTO).
• 1099 independent contractor status.

Requirements

• NJ medical license required.
• At least one year of Ob/Gyn or Women's Health experience.
• Eligible to obtain DEA and CDS licenses.
• Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday.
• Experience with outpatient clinical care.
• Strong communication and patient management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a clinic setting.
• Proficiency in documentation and medical record keeping.
• Self-motivated with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Ability to obtain necessary state and federal licenses.
