A primary care Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is sought for a full-time, outpatient clinic position in a small, family-friendly community in eastern South Dakota. The role involves providing care to patients of all ages in a community near the James River, with a variety of recreational activities available nearby.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages.
• Manage a patient load of 12 to 15 patients per day.
• Work in a clinic setting with a flexible schedule.
• Maintain patient documentation and coordinate care as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver quality care.
• Participate in community health initiatives as appropriate.
