Carle Health in Peoria, Illinois, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join its Urgent Care team. The role involves providing urgent care services in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The provider will work within a fully integrated Epic EMR system, with an average patient volume of 40-45 per day, and will benefit from a comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care services to patients in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with no call requirements.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Utilize the Epic EMR system for documentation and care management.
• Perform limited on-site lab and X-ray procedures at the clinic.
• Manage an average of 40-45 patients per day, providing timely and quality care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to clinical protocols.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinical environment.

Compensation

• $120,000 - $130,000 salary range.
• Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and shift worked.
• Includes relocation support and CME allowance.

Shift & Schedule

• Clinic hours range from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• No call requirements.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant program.
• Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice licensure (NP or PA).
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in urgent care or emergency medicine preferred.
• Excellent communication and clinical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records, specifically Epic EMR.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care.
• Licensure and certification in accordance with Illinois state requirements.
