Carle Health in Peoria, Illinois, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join its Urgent Care team. The role involves providing urgent care services in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation

  • $120,000 - $130,000 salary range.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant program.
  • Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice licensure (NP or PA).
  • Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience in urgent care or emergency medicine preferred.
  • Excellent communication and clinical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records, specifically Epic EMR.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Licensure and certification in accordance with Illinois state requirements.
