Cayuga Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient Otolaryngology (ENT) team. The role involves providing high-quality care for patients with ear, nose, and throat conditions, including follow-up care, physical examinations, and in-office procedures, in a collaborative and patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform follow-up appointments and post-operative evaluations for ENT patients.
• Conduct comprehensive histories and physical examinations for new and established patients.
• Manage routine ENT concerns and chronic conditions under supervision of attending ENT physicians.
• Perform and assist with in-office procedures such as nasal endoscopy, ear cleaning, biopsies, and foreign body removals.

Compensation

• Salary range of $125,000 to $145,000 annually.
• Compensation is provided via W-2 salary.

Requirements

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with appropriate credentials.
• Strong clinical and procedural skills in ENT care.

• Experience managing ENT conditions preferred but not explicitly required.
