Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, FL is seeking Certified Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA) or Certified Anesthesia Assistants (AA-C) for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles. The position involves providing anesthesia care during surgical, therapeutic, or diagnostic procedures, supporting patient life functions, and managing anesthesia-related responses. Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia during surgical, therapeutic, or diagnostic procedures to ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Recognize and respond to abnormal patient responses to anesthesia, medications, or therapies.
• Support vital functions during anesthesia, including induction, intubation, mechanical ventilation, and fluid management.
• Monitor and document patient care in accordance with medical staff policies.
• Manage airway and ventilation support as needed during procedures.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain proficiency with current anesthesia techniques and safety protocols.
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement activities.

Compensation

• Salary-based compensation with potential for additional income through sign-on bonus and relocation support.
• Sign-on bonus of up to $75,000, available upon employment.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing or related field.

• Experience in anesthesia administration and patient monitoring.
