The Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Midwife, or Physician Assistant provides primary reproductive and sexual health care services in collaboration with clinic staff. The role involves conducting patient assessments, performing physical exams, providing counseling on contraception and reproductive health, and supporting follow-up care across multiple clinic locations and a mobile unit. The position emphasizes patient education, clinical procedures, and team collaboration to support community health initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical histories and follow-up assessments for patients.
• Perform physical examinations including thyroid, cardiovascular, respiratory, breast, abdominal, pelvic, and genital exams.
• Provide counseling on contraception, sexually transmitted infections, menopause, and reproductive health topics.
• Insert and remove intrauterine devices and contraceptive implants; fit diaphragms and educate patients on self-breast exams.
• Identify gynecologic and non-gynecologic conditions, utilizing microscopy for wet mounts when necessary.
• Respond to patient inquiries related to reproductive health and document communications accurately.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with Case Managers for follow-up care and support abnormal follow-up procedures.
• Assist in training new staff, adhere to infection control protocols, and participate in quality assurance initiatives.

Compensation

• Hourly pay rate between USD 39.52 and USD 49.40.
• W-2 employment tax status.

Requirements
