Partners in Hope Psychiatry is seeking a Nurse Practitioner with at least one year of experience to provide psychiatric medication management and therapy for geriatric patients in nursing home settings. The role involves assessing mental health needs, prescribing medications under supervision, and collaborating with nursing home staff to deliver high-quality care. Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patients' mental health needs, ensuring personalized, high-quality care.
• Prescribe and manage medications under the guidance of a supervising psychiatrist.
• Conduct mental health evaluations and monitor patient progress.

• Hourly per-diem position with W-2 tax status.
