Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care services to a full patient panel
• Collaborate with a team of physicians and advanced practitioners to deliver high-quality care
• Utilize the Epic EMR system for documentation and patient management
• Participate in a care team model with dedicated rooming staff
• Maintain clinical quality standards and patient safety
• Support patient education and preventive health measures
• Manage a flexible schedule with options for 0.8-1.0 FTE (32-40 hours/week)
• Engage in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Primary Care Physician Assistant experience highly preferred
• Ability to obtain PA licensure in Wisconsin
• Strong clinical skills in outpatient primary care
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to providing patient-centered care
• Experience with electronic medical records, preferably Epic
• Ability to work independently within a collaborative team
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic clinical environment
• Professional licensure and certification as a PA
