Meritus Health in Hagerstown, MD, is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant specializing in Urology. The role involves providing comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of urological conditions, assisting in surgical procedures, and participating in scheduled OR days. The PA will work closely with physicians and advanced practice providers to deliver high-quality urologic care within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat urological conditions for patients.
• Perform routine and complex urological procedures as needed.
• Assist in surgical procedures and participate in scheduled operating room days.
• Provide patient care during clinic hours, including follow-up and management.
• Participate in call coverage, which may include in-house rounding during the day.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Contribute to practice efficiency and patient satisfaction initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols.

Compensation

• $124,000 to $145,000 per year
• Salary model includes incentives
• W-2 employment status

Requirements

• Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
• Current PA licensure and certification.
